While the building is aging, feel at home in this budget-friendly condo that is hard to beat for the location and price. This 420 sq ft condo works perfectly for 2 to 4 people and includes a king-size bed, sofa bed, table and chairs, a TV with cable, stainless steel appliances (no dishwasher), and an all-in-one washer and dryer. Towels and linen, travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible for providing any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper. Free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are available. The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Walk to great local eateries, cafes, and bars within a 5-minute walk just North or South of the condo on 8th Ave. Rideshares from Uber, Lyft, and Earth Rides are readily available. The MTA buses run all over Metro Nashville, and Nashville’s bicycle sharing program is also available. The studio complex was built in the 1950s and its age is starting to show. There is potential for noise as the complex is located in an urban area and you will have tenants above and beside you.
