This inviting home features three bedrooms: a king, a queen, and a room with two twin-over-twin bunks. The spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen make it easy to relax or cook meals. Enjoy the top deck with great views and seating, unwind on the downstairs patio, and find more games, seating, and a firepit in the garage—perfect for evenings together. You’ll have access to the entire house during your stay, except for any locked closets reserved for owner storage and cleaning supplies. All other spaces—including bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, patios, and garage—are yours to enjoy. Nestled at the western edge of the Bolivar Peninsula, Port Bolivar is a laid-back coastal community just a short and free ferry ride away from Galveston Island. It features wide open beaches, picturesque Gulf views, and sandy shorelines ideal for beachcombing, birding, or casual outings with family and friends. Nearby you’ll find scenic parks like Fort Travis Seashore Park, historic sites, local seafood spots, and easy public access to beaches and marshland trails. Getting around Port Bolivar is easy and laid-back. Most guests drive, and there’s plenty of parking at the house. You’re just a quick walk or drive from the beach—golf carts are popular here and are allowed both in the neighborhood and right on the beach. Local shops, restaurants, and the ferry to Galveston are all a short drive away, so you’ll have everything you need within easy reach. There are three security cameras, one monitors the bottom patio, one overlooks the top deck, and the other points towards the beach. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house. Do not park under the house, park only on the driveway. Absolutely no smoking and no parties or events. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Grills need to stay downstairs only. Grilling on the deck is prohibited and against Galveston County ordinance. Please clean the grill after use. If you go to the beach, please rinse sand off in the shower under the house. Leave your sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, it will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. Please lock doors upon departure and return the key to the lockbox. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
