There is a large deck off this bedroom that offers expansive lake and sunset views and contains a 4-top dining set and 2 additional chairs. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and wonderful warm, natural lighting, and the second full-sized bathroom is just across the hall. The laundry room is located on the second floor as well. The condo association has a seasonal community pool available to use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This condo is easily within walking distance of both the charming towns of Saugatuck and Douglas, MI. Saugatuck is home to America's only remaining chain ferry. Take the chain ferry across the lake and climb the 303 wooden steps at Mt Baldhead. Sand Dunes lead you to Oval Beach, which is known around the world for its beautiful shoreline and rolling dunes. A cruise on the Star of Saugatuck will be a family and crowd favorite, admiring all the beautiful homes and amazing views Lake Michigan has to offer. Other nearby attractions include beaches, biking, hiking, boating, and shopping. It is 0.6 miles to downtown Douglas, 0.6 miles to downtown Saugatuck, 1.9 miles to Douglas Beach, 2.4 miles to Saugatuck Dune Rides, 2.9 miles to Oval Beach, 2.9 miles to Mt Baldhead Park, 8.7 miles to Fenn Valley Winery, 11.7 miles to downtown Holland and 19.7 miles to downtown South Haven and 32 miles to Bittersweet Ski Resort. Docks are not accessible for renters. Pets are not allowed. Fireworks are prohibited. No parking of trailers or boats. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that the damaged item can be repaired or replaced. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door code that gets changed between every reservation. The code is only active during the times of the reservation, and early and late check-outs can be accommodated upon request, if available.
