With 1500 sqft of living space, it features a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV with streaming apps, and access to a fitness center. Enjoy the convenience of direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals, and a washer and dryer on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load. Guests enjoy two complimentary parking spots per reservation, with parking codes provided. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two dogs (40lbs combined) and an additional pet fee based on stay length. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade are just downstairs. Nearby attractions include the Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare options are readily available. Smoking is prohibited within or outside the condo, including balconies and common areas, with a $500 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. Valid photo ID is required for booking, and a rental usage agreement must be signed. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town bookings and 25 for local bookings. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, monitored by decibel sensors. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check. A laptop computer is not included.
