This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers 1,500 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access, perfect for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. This apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and modern decor. Complimentary coffee is provided. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Fitness center access and two complimentary parking spots per reservation are included, with parking codes provided. Additional services to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), can be arranged for an additional fee. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds, with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk/beach are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
