This condo combines the comforts of home with modern decor. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. Enjoy entertainment with a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Enjoy complimentary coffee and fitness center access. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation with parking codes. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal; in some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
