This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Each condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. The fully equipped kitchen and smart TV with streaming apps installed provide all the comforts of home. Enjoy complimentary coffee and access to the fitness center. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load paid by app. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Located in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, the major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs. The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], dogs only, with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
