Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $75/hr late fee will be applied. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee.
