There is a $500.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking policy in all units, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it, plus the additional cost of an ozone machine to remove the smell. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. There will be a $100 charge to replace any missing games or remotes. Guests may not unplug, disable, remove, or tamper with any property devices, including but not limited to Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, smoke detectors, and security devices. Unauthorized tampering will result in a $100 fee and may lead to the termination of the reservation without refund.
