The master bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a closet, and a streaming TV. The third bedroom is perfect for families, equipped with a twin-over-full bunk and a queen bed. A laundry room with a second refrigerator is available for extra food, cold drinks, and the day's catch. Downstairs, a shaded patio, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station complete the amenities. A golf cart can be rented for convenient transportation around the neighborhood and to the beach. Guests are advised to treat the golf cart like a real vehicle and follow local rules. This home is located on a quiet street that offers a sense of seclusion while remaining close to essential amenities. The Gulf is directly in front, with open water and sky views, and the beach is just a short walk away. There are no restrictive HOAs, allowing for a relaxed beach experience. Shops, bars, and restaurants are a short drive or cart ride away, offering convenient access to necessities and dining options. This area of Crystal Beach is ideal for simple pleasures like morning walks on the shore, children playing in the sand, and enjoying sunsets over the water. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out. No parties, no events, and no illegal activity are permitted. Guests are asked to be mindful of noise at night, as neighbors live nearby. Please rinse sand off in the outdoor shower after the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. The home has a septic system, so please do not flush feminine products or anything that does not belong in a toilet, and do not pour grease down the sinks. When departing, lock the doors and return the key to the lockbox. Guests asked to leave for bad behavior will not receive a refund for lost nights. An outdoor camera monitors the lower patio. The home is capped at 9 guests, and any extra guests must be cleared beforehand. Only registered guests are permitted at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved.
