Metered street parking is available along Howard Avenue for $3 per hour, Monday through Saturday and free on Sundays. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Located just a 15-minute walk from the historic French Quarter and only five minutes from the National WWII Museum, this thoughtfully situated apartment places you near the city’s most celebrated landmarks. Experience New Orleans from the crossroads of culture and commerce in the vibrant Central Business District. Just beyond the French Quarter’s historic charm, this neighborhood blends classic architecture with a modern edge. From Motorworks, you're perfectly positioned to explore the city's iconic landmarks, whether you're catching a game at the Superdome, riding the Canal Street streetcar, or diving into local flavors at nearby eateries. This is a smoke-free property, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission.
