To enhance your stay, optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) are offered for an additional fee. Located just a 15-minute walk from the historic French Quarter and only five minutes from the National WWII Museum, this thoughtfully situated apartment places you near the city’s most celebrated landmarks. Just beyond the French Quarter’s historic charm, this neighborhood blends classic architecture with a modern edge. From Motorworks, you're perfectly positioned to explore the city's iconic landmarks, whether you're catching a game at the Superdome, riding the Canal Street streetcar, or diving into local flavors at nearby eateries. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this smoke-free property, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay.
