Plenty of parking is available, but walking is not ideal. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. The house manual provides detailed information about using the pool and spa. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house incurs a $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests beyond the home capacity may be fined $50 per person, and unauthorized vehicles incur a $50 charge each.
