The unit includes air conditioning, a full kitchen with a dining table, toaster, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kitchenware, and utensils. Entertainment options include a TV with streaming service and free WiFi. Pet policies vary by location, so confirm the specific rules for your destination prior to arriving with your pet. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. Before your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned, and a self-guided check-in process ensures a smooth, hassle-free arrival without any long lines. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction. Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Keep noise levels under 50 dBA at all times to avoid fines and possible eviction.
