Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. One towel is provided per guest per stay. The minimum age to book is 22 years old, except for students/interns. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are allowed.
