Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing. Unauthorized parties or events will incur an initial fee of $500 for the violation, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund we may have to provide to arriving guests affected by the breaking of this rule.
