This property offers four spacious bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a large living area. The large full kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor dining area, free washer/dryer, covered back patio, and balcony. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Located in the fun-filled luxury gated community of Reunion, you'll feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is 8 miles away. Reunion has many full-time residents, so please drive the 25 mph speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs, a natural and very common occurrence. The host has the property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
