The condo includes two complimentary parking spots per reservation, and pets are welcome for an additional fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Please note that only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets weighing up to 40 pounds combined. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels are monitored with decibel sensors. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, and a valid photo ID is required. Pets are limited to dogs only, with certain breeds restricted.
