This condo is fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and modern decor. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Enjoy complimentary coffee and access to the fitness center. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation, and parking codes will be provided. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
