Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load via app payment. The condo includes one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two dogs (40 lbs combined) and a pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Additional services like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for an extra fee. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the boardwalk are just downstairs. The 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right in the building, offering arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing. Taxis and rideshare options are readily available. This property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking will result in a $500 fine and immediate termination of the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check.
