Feel at home in this newly renovated 2-bedroom condo located on the beachfront in Atlantic City. This 1200 sqft condo offers direct beach and boardwalk access. This condo is suitable for families, groups of friends, or business travelers and features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation. Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of stay. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
