This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers 1,000 sqft of living space with direct beach and Boardwalk access. This condo combines the comforts of home with modern decor and amenities. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for your stay. Enjoy entertainment with a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Enjoy access to the fitness center and one complimentary parking spot per reservation. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Additional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout may be available for an additional fee. The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed], with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. [SI]
