This is a self-check-in property, and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. This community has a 30-day minimum stay requirement and allows 3 leases per year. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment. Allow 30 days for processing.
