Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is any time after 4 PM till 10 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Smoking on the property incurs a $300 penalty, and parties are fully prohibited. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other behavior require a police callout, and a $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance.
