Thoughtfully designed bedrooms include two king suites and family-friendly sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, in-house laundry, and central AC with an EcoBee smart thermostat. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. The private heated pool is available for an additional $30 fee per day, which must be requested in advance. Guests also enjoy full access to the resort’s amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, community pool, arcade, tennis courts, and more, all within a secure, gated community with 24/7 security. Located in the heart of Paradise Palms Resort, this home is just 3.4 miles from Disney’s Animal Kingdom and close to other attractions like Disney World Resort, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Universal Orlando Resort. Nearby shopping includes Target, Walmart, and Publix, while dining options range from Krispy Kreme to Olive Garden. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in is any time after 4 PM until 10 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and there is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will also result in dismissal from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, leading to dismissal from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you.
