Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and no parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Tampering with noise monitors or exterior cameras will result in a $500 fine.
