Tubes for floating available at the cabin. Bird sanctuary also a five minute walk down the road, where you will have access to North Country Trail as well. About two minute drive from Gull Lake Ministries. About a twenty five minute drive to downtown Kalamazoo and downtown Battle Creek. Our favorite restaurants nearby are Ned's on Gull Lake (ten minute drive), the Dock at Bayview (five minutes), and Chicken House (five minutes). Renter criteria: Must make 3x the required rent, minimum 600 credit score, and background check will be conducted. Pets are negotiable. Leaf raking and mowing will be conducted by the tenant, or the landlord can conduct at additional cost.
