The open-plan layout features a cozy living room that flows into a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for gathering, cooking, and enjoying quality time together. The home’s bright and welcoming decor creates a relaxed setting that feels like home from the moment you arrive. Sleeping arrangements include a king suite with a private ensuite bathroom on the first floor, a double sofa-bed in the living room, another king suite with a private ensuite bathroom on the second floor, a bedroom with two double beds, and a bedroom with two single beds, with bedrooms three and four sharing a full bathroom. Guests will enjoy free high-speed WiFi, complimentary on-site parking, central air conditioning, and an in-home laundry room with a washer and dryer. For added convenience, the home includes smart TVs, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, a pack 'n play, and a welcome kit with starter bathroom and kitchen essentials. Linens and towels are also included. Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of USD$35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the properties. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of USD$250 for one pet plus tax per stay or USD$150 per pet for two pets or more. If you bring a pet without previous authorization, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of USD$500 plus tax per stay. Please note that any stain or damage caused by the pet will be charged extra. West Lucaya Village Resort is an upscale gated community located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World. This family-friendly resort sits nestled just off Hwy 192 in Kissimmee, Florida, and is one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area. Only 25 minutes’ drive from the Orlando International Airport and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios, Disney World, and so much more. The resort amenities include a gated community with a resort pool and hot tub, sand volleyball court, clubhouse with fitness center and internet café. Take joy in this wonderfully designed resort, where you’ll find luxury living at its finest. Make sure to take advantage of the game room and our sports courts to make your stay the best one possible. Whether you want to escape for peace and quiet, or would rather explore for a bit of adventure, West Lucaya Village Resort can fulfill all your desires. The property distance to the main clubhouse is around 5 minutes walking. No commercial vehicles, boats, house trailers, boat trailers, mobile homes, campers, or trailers of any description shall be parked in any parking space. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in at 10:00 AM or late check-out at 4:00 PM is available upon request and subject to availability. All properties are 100% smoke-free. In case of any signs of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 USD plus tax. Guests are expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags in the appropriate compactor. There will be an additional USD$100 fee plus tax for an excessive amount of trash left in the house or overflowing bins. Guests are responsible for any violation and/or additional fees charged by the community association for incorrect disposal of trash. Guests agree not to set the air conditioning temperature lower than 70ºF or above 78ºF degrees. All units have a central HVAC system, and guests are asked not to turn it off at any time. If the system is not working properly, guests must notify us as soon as possible to avoid possible damage to the system. For your safety, please make sure to keep all windows and doors closed and locked all the time. The landlord is not responsible for damages, lost, or stolen personal or property items. It is the guest's responsibility to properly secure the house when leaving the property. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. The cleaning fee charged on the reservation is related to the final cleaning after guest check-out. Guests are aware and agree that the cleaning fee or any other additional cleaning that has been paid does not include the excessive amount of trash that needs to be removed and damages or stains on the carpet or any other furniture that will need to be cleaned, removed, or replaced. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet and cable service are available at all properties. The service is not under our control, and if any service interruptions or slowdown may occur, we cannot be held responsible. However, our team will ensure the service provider is aware and taking the proper actions regarding any eventual issues. We will not be held responsible for any items left at the property or resort from the guest(s). As a courtesy, we will notify guests by email about the item found in the property and hold it for up to 15 consecutive days for guests to pick up at our office location or have it delivered to the guest's address of choice, for a service fee of $20 plus the mailing costs and taxes. If items are left for 15 days or more unclaimed, guests agree that we have the right to donate the item. If guests request a third party to pick up the item, guests must send a written authorization with the full name of the person who will be picking up the item. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the properties. Charcoal grills are not allowed on the property at any time. Additional cleaning and disposal costs will be the guests' responsibility. We are not responsible for any injury or accident resulting from the use of the grills. Before asking for a service visit, please make sure to check our Welcome Display and our Appliances Guide available at the property and online. If a service visit to the property is requested by the guest unnecessarily, the cost of such visit will be charged to the guest. Guests are not allowed to change the furniture position, remove window screens, or add any furniture or large appliances to the unit without authorization. The noncompliance of this rule will incur a penalty equivalent to the cost of the service required for the repair or replacement of the item to its original position. The properties are in Florida, a state with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, love bugs, armadillos, deer, and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, and water bugs also live nearby. Each property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife on the property, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
