If you are collaborative and can appreciate a healthy balance of privacy and connection, this is a lovely spot very convenient to route one and commutable to cities in southern and central Maine. Utilities are included except propane heat which is additional from Oct 1 to May 31. Internet expense is shared. Will consider a partial work exchange (pet-sitting, yard work, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) for a better monthly rate.
