The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and essential cookware, making it perfect for longer stays with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs per pet, and certain breeds are restricted. Private driveway parking is available for two vehicles, with overflow parking nearby. No street parking is allowed. Located in the exclusive Emerald Shores community, this property provides easy access to Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Destin Harbor Boardwalk, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, and Henderson Beach State Park. Enjoy designer shopping, live entertainment, thrilling slides, and pristine beaches, all within a short drive. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A door code will be sent 10 minutes before check-in for a seamless arrival. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, with a $500 fine for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorized guests will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night, and the stay may be terminated without refund if unauthorized guests are discovered. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM, as excessive noise may result in fines or eviction without refund.
