Cell service is spotty, but enabling Wi-Fi calling and texting will help. This property has two separate houses, Rhododendron Loft and Island Hideaway, each with its own private entrance. They are far enough apart to ensure privacy and do not share amenities. Strictly no parties or events, with quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas, and there is a $500 fine per violation.
