For entertainment, there is a game room stocked with foosball, air hockey, and pinball. This home also includes a washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, and fresh bed linens. Enjoy the private swimming pool with a heating option and a patio BBQ for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per dog. Located within Windsor at Westside, you have easy access to a water park, a heated pool with a lazy river, a fitness center, and a large clubhouse. Volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, a hot tub, and additional outdoor spaces expand the range of activities just steps from your door. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
