Enjoy the private heated swimming pool with a patio and BBQ. A game room stocked with foosball, air hockey, and pinball offers hours of indoor fun. Pool heating is available for $35 per day, billed separately, and requires at least one week’s notice. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on property for a pet fee of $150 per dog. Located in Windsor at Westside, you have easy access to a water park, a heated pool with a lazy river, a fitness center, and a large clubhouse. Volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, a hot tub, and various outdoor spaces enhance the resort-style stay. The driveway offers space for up to three vehicles parked side by side, but please note that the garage has been transformed into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. [SI]
