Pool heating is available for $35 per day and requires at least one week’s notice. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on property for a pet fee of $150 per dog. Located in Windsor at Westside, this home provides easy access to a water park, a heated pool with a lazy river, a fitness center, and a large clubhouse. Volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, a hot tub, and various outdoor spaces enhance the resort-style stay. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If you stay beyond your scheduled check-out time, a fee of up to $300 may apply. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
