Located in Windsor at Westside, you have easy access to a water park, a heated pool with a lazy river, a fitness center, a clubhouse, volleyball and basketball courts, a splash pool for kids, and a hot tub. The gated community places you near dining, shopping, and Central Florida’s world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on property with a pet fee of $150 per dog, subject to deposit. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. [SI]
