There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on property with a pet fee of $150 per dog, subject to deposit. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. If you stay beyond your scheduled check-out time, a fee of up to $300 may apply.
