This unit is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal or pet fee is $250.00. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition and not used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules can result in a fine and/or eviction from the property. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building, and noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
