This executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill and pool. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The back yard is entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and hammock. Lake Hubbard is less than 5 minutes away from the home. This executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill and pool. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The back yard is entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and hammock. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is only picked up on certain days by the city, and guests will be informed the night before so they may leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards for pickup at 7 a.m. the next day. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
