A pet fee between $100 and $300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40lbs. Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds, are not allowed. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Ideally located close to different attractions in the Westgate entertainment area, you can enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. It is a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There are no parties allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. [SI]
