Located just a 5-minute walk to the beach, these homes are ideally situated for easy access to the shore, making them perfect for group vacations, family reunions, or gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 18 people. Parking is only permitted on the driveway, and guests must be careful not to hit the pilings. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Parties or events are not allowed. Guests must maintain a good level of cleanliness. Noise should be kept to a minimum during nighttime hours. Furniture, indoor or outdoor, should not be moved.
