The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with luxury appliances, including an ice cream maker, and also includes a coffee maker, kettle, crock pot, and blender. Enjoy the basement game room with a poker table, arcade games, and a PS5, as well as a home gym with a Peloton, weights, yoga equipment, a red-light sauna, Higher Dose LED mats, and a sauna blanket. The neighborhood is rental-friendly with community access to a heated outdoor pool and pool house with a game room, and is located just a half mile to beach access at the blue stairs near South Beach on Lake Michigan. This is a non-smoking property. No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
