This spacious 3-level cabin retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups seeking both adventure and relaxation. Nestled in nature, this charming cabin combines rustic elegance with modern comfort. Step inside to discover an open-concept layout, soaring ceilings, cozy gathering spaces, and all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. Whether you're unwinding by the fire, enjoying movie nights, or sipping coffee on the deck while soaking in mountain views, this home is your perfect base for exploring Blue Ridge. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, but no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 5 cars. The cabin is located in a community that observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone. Overnight street parking is not permitted, so residents and guests must use driveways at all times. Nearby attractions include Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, Long Creek Falls in the Chattahoochee National Forest, Lake Blue Ridge Marina and Pontoon Rentals, and Chattahoochee National Forest Trails. Dining options include Black Sheep Restaurant and Bar, Harvest on Main, Cucina Rustica, Chester Brunnenmeyer’s Bar and Grill, and Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, all within a short drive. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a Rental Agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.
