Three bedrooms sleep up to eight guests comfortably, and two spa-inspired bathrooms offer fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries, and strong water pressure. The property offers garage and driveway parking. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $75 per pet fee. The backyard is fully fenced for pets. Propane is provided with one full tank for the grill and fire pit, and refills are reimbursed if emptied. Located in Bella Vista’s quiet mountain-bike community, you’re a half-block from the Bamboozled Trail and a short ride to Tanyard Creek Falls, Little Sugar trail system, and Blowing Springs. Lake Avalon is less than a mile away for fishing or paddle boarding. Shops, restaurants, and Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville are a 15-minute drive away. Navigating Bella Vista and its surrounding areas is easiest by car or mountain bike. The quiet neighborhood has little public transit, so driving or biking to attractions is recommended. Uber and Lyft are also available. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors. There are two exterior cameras (front and garage) for safety and security. Smoking or vaping inside results in a $1,000 fine. Unregistered guests or events are not permitted without prior approval.
