This bi-level townhome in Brookline Village offers more than 2,000 sq ft of inviting living space on the second floor. With high ceilings, gleaming wood floors, and central air, this home blends charm with comfort. The lower level includes a bright living room with a pull-out sofa and TV, a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, and a serene bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs, French doors open to a flexible den or third bedroom with a Murphy bed and sofa—ideal as a cozy lounge or private sleeping space and a private outdoor deck. The spacious king bedroom offers lovely views, and a full bathroom. Laundry is available in the shared ground-level laundry room (coin-operated). There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and High top chair available upon request for $10 per night. With public transit just steps away, it’s easy to reach Longwood Medical Area, Fenway, and downtown Boston. You’ll also love being surrounded by Brookline Village’s unique cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. A $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee apply. Be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud or rowdy and have parties. It would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.
