Four additional bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and are equipped with blackout shades and Smart TVs. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a full island, with an eat-in area seating four. A formal dining room seats six. The finished basement offers a private movie room, game room, gym, and a bathroom. A welcome tray with snacks and Keurig K-Cups is provided. Outdoor amenities include a back deck with patio furniture and a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking. Driveway and garage parking are available. Pets are welcome with applicable fees based on the length of stay: $25 per pet, per night for 1-6 nights, $15 per pet, per night for 7-28 nights, and $10 per pet, per night for 29+ nights. Mid-stay cleans are required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean is required for stays over 60 nights, with additional charges applying for these services.
