The living room features a Smart TV, cozy seating, board games, and an electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, ensuring everyone can be part of the fun. Outside, enjoy the private patio space with a hot tub spa and seating, along with amenities for your bike, including a wash station and secure bike racks. Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be completed prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. Bella Vista is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, nature trails, golf courses, and lakes. You can walk, drive, or ride your bike around town to explore the beautiful surroundings. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties are permitted on the premises, and violations will result in a fine of $1,000. Smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. The city of Bella Vista enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM, with potential fines up to $1,000 for non-compliance. Street parking is prohibited, and all vehicles must be parked in the garage or on the driveway. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
