Parking is available for one vehicle for $39 per night. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability. Package delivery availability may vary by building. This building is located in one of Baltimore's most sought-after neighborhoods, the Inner Harbor, a bustling and vibrant area with plenty of attractions and amenities. For history buffs, the Inner Harbor offers a glimpse into Baltimore's rich maritime past with historic ships and museums, including the USS Constellation and the National Aquarium. Foodies will appreciate the diverse dining scene, and shoppers will enjoy the retail options. A transit stop is 1 minute away, Starbucks is 6 minutes away, The Water Street Tavern is 4 minutes away and the National Aquarium is 11 minutes away. This building is 100% non-smoking, and smoking or vaping of anything inside the unit, balconies, or on building premises will incur a $500 fine. Chicago law also prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this unit or in the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time will result in a $500 late check out fee. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but advance notice will always be provided whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. Do not enter the building until verification has been completed and the booking has been confirmed. Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival. While we strive to offer a peaceful experience, city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water/elevator servicing may occasionally occur.
