The cozy living room offers everything you need for rest and relaxation, including a gray couch, two lounge chairs, and a 55-inch TCL Roku TV. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary amenities and appliances for staying in, and there's a dining space for four. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and you'll have access to a shared outdoor area, bike racks, and a bike wash station. Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. The Tweety Bird is located just 0.1 miles from the Tunnel Vision MTB Trailhead, 1 mile from Blowing Springs MTB Trailhead, 2 miles from Little Sugar MTB Trailhead, and 2 miles from the Razorback Greenway, offering access to NWA's premier biking, running, and walking trails. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, there will be a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
