The cozy living room is perfect for relaxation, featuring a gray sectional, lounge chair, and a 55-inch TCL Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities and appliances needed for dining in, and there's a dining space for six. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and the back patio offers seating for outdoor enjoyment. Renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name to access amenities, with a $30 processing fee required prior to arrival. While the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, and golf still require payment of applicable usage fees. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. Parking is shared with a commercial space and is not guaranteed. Staggerwing is just 15 minutes from Bentonville's Entertainment District and Downtown Square. Cyclists will appreciate the bike storage, bike washing station, and full bike maintenance stand available. The loft is 0.1 miles from the Tunnel Vision MTB Trailhead, 1 mile from Blowing Springs Trailhead, 2 miles from Little Sugar MTB Trailhead, and 2 miles from the Razorback Greenway, providing access to NWA's premier biking, running, and walking trails. Tanyard Creek, a nature trail with a waterfall, is only 3 miles away. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, with an event fee paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. A laptop computer is not included.
