Renters must fill out a guest card with each guest's name to use amenities such as fitness centers, lakes, boating, fishing, tennis, and golf. There is a $30 fee associated with this, which must be taken care of prior to arrival. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open during weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
