Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged and the event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will incur a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and smoking in the home will incur a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
