Bedroom 1 features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 features two full-size beds with pillows, linens, and sheets, and reading lamps. Both full bathrooms are completely private and separated from the main room and are stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee of $20 per night is required. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Minutes from Downtown, Encanto Park, restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, this apartment is perfect for business travelers, couples, or long-term stays looking for convenience, walkability, and a centrally located Phoenix location close to top attractions. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. The fee for lost or unreturned keys is $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
