Linens, towels, and essential amenities such as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags are provided. This home is equipped with radiator heating and window/portable AC units throughout the house. Ample free street parking is available in the neighborhood. Located in the North End neighborhood of Ocean City, this bungalow is a stone's throw away from the beach. Explore a variety of dining establishments and shops within walking distance or a short drive. Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about a 1-hour drive. Local public transportation, including buses, provides access to various points on the island. Ride-sharing services are also available for convenient travel to restaurants, shops, and other destinations. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero-tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. Smoking is permitted outside and well away from any doors or windows, and all debris must be cleaned up. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet.
