This apartment is perfect for leisure, business, and family and is steps away from the best shopping, dining, and live music in Nashville. Great amenities await you in this apartment that is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and a garden area to lounge and relax with friends. There is also access to a community garden with a cabana, two outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. This apartment is wheelchair accessible. One complimentary parking spot is included. Additional optional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in/late checkout (when available), and more for an additional fee. There are so many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. A car is not needed, as the apartment is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately.
